Our online portal provides a variety of 24/7 services. Please contact us if you need help accessing this. Click Here to register. You will need your property reference and the email address you have given us for your service charge account.

If you are a third party then please use Fixflo via the link below, a fully automated, online fault reporting system that helps you to tell us about issues quickly and easily – meaning we can respond quickly too.
The online system takes you through each step clearly and, the more information you can provide, the better and quicker our response can be.
From faulty smoke alarms to broken post boxes and leaks, Fixflo makes it easy for you to report any faults that need our attention.
Out of Hours Emergencies
If you have a major leak or other emergency that is a potential threat to life, please call 07434 826425 out of office hours.

Please ONLY use the Out of Hours service if the issue is a genuine emergency.
We reserve the right to charge a call out fee for any non-urgent call outs.
